Indications

Migraine, sinus & nervous headaches, premenstrual headaches, allergic & sinusitis conditions, clearing sinus from bacteria & infection, anti-congestion

Pharmacology

Capsaicin desensitizes the mucous membranes in the nose making them less irritated by allergic factors and causes pain. Cinol® stimulates the calcium channel responsible the release of neuropeptides (substance P) from neurons. The stimulation cause suddenly release of P substance and a depletion of neuron from it.  Substance P is responsible for the pain sensation and capsaicin with this mechanism causes a subsequent loss of pain sensation. Additionally Capsaicin will stimulate secretions that help clear congestion and mucus from the sinuses while keeping them bacteria and infection free. Also because of eucalyptus and rosemary presented, Cinol® spray inhibits prostaglandin biosynthesis and has an anti- inflammation, mild anti-congestion and astringent effect on mucosa of pharynx and larynx and improve the sinusitis conditions. Additional, the antibacterial and antifungal properties of this ingredient will drain sinuses and keep them clean and bacteria free and cure symptoms of sinusitis.
