Delta-7-sterols, is stopped agents of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) androgen receptors and thus it is inhibits the proliferation of prostate cells. Lower risk of prostate cancer is cause of dietary sterols. The effects of alpha-tocopherol and selenium are significant in preventing of oxidative damage to lipids, vitamins, hormones and enzymes. In experiments, a hypotensive action was demonstrated by the oil alone, and in combination with captopril and felodipine, also some constituent isolated from pumpkin seeds act as trypsin- inhibitors. The anthelmintic effect is attributed to the constituent cucurbitine. Take one capsule, 3 times a day, with a glass of water.

Concurrent use with warfarin may increase INR.

In concurrent use of anticoagulants drugs such as warfarin and clopidogrel should be controlled PTT and coagulation factors.
