Different parts of the plant also have antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammation effects. Numerous clinical studies have shown that administration of products containing Echinacea at the onset of the first symptom related to cold, not only the severity of symptoms, such as cough, headache and Nasal congestion, but the number of days marked meaning the course of the disease also significantly reduced.
